Service Description

SyncTrade is a portfolio management application currently in beta phase that allows users to:

  • Record and track trading activities
  • Manage trading accounts and channels
  • View portfolio summaries and performance metrics
  • Access instrument price data via third-party APIs

Beta Phase Disclaimer

Important Notice: SyncTrade is currently in beta testing phase. This means:

  • The service is provided free of charge during beta
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
  • Data backup and service availability are not guaranteed
  • You use the service at your own risk during this testing phase

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating your account via Google OAuth.

User Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Ensure all trading data you input is accurate
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purposes

Free Tier Limitations

During the beta phase, the following limits apply:

  • Maximum 2 trading accounts per user
  • Maximum 60 trades per 30-day rolling period
  • Maximum 4 executions per trade
  • Maximum 2 channels per user

Data and Privacy

Your use of SyncTrade is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

SyncTrade integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google OAuth for authentication
  • Yahoo Finance API for instrument price data
  • Trading platforms (Zerodha, Dhan) for account integration

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SyncTrade are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Given the beta nature of the service:

  • SyncTrade is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any data loss, trading losses, or decisions made based on information from the platform
  • This is a portfolio tracking tool, not investment advice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time during the beta phase. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
